Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for maximum occupancy, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and a cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non-Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke-free (including e-cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page for a local company that rents, delivers, and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet-free.
Parking: Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes are provided upon arrival.
Swimming Pool: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Hot Tub: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis Court: Tennis Court onsite on a first-come, first-served basis

Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Linens: All bed, and bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, salt/pepper plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, and food storage bags are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

HALII KAI COMPLEX: All reservations/stays at the Halii Kai Complex in the Waikoloa Beach Resort are subject to a separate charge of $35 a day to the Association at The Halii Kai complex for use of amenities including the pool, restaurant and fitness area located within Halii Kai. Upon arrival, guests will need to register for the Halii Kai Resort at the onsite office. If guest arrives after the office is closed, they can register the next morning.
